Transitions aren’t always easy, whether it’s starting high school, stepping into adulthood, or something in between. But figuring it out together makes all the difference.
Transition Table Talk is a relaxed, no-pressure Zoom chat where parents/caregivers share what’s working, swap ideas, ask questions, and help each other navigate the changes that come with raising kids. No experts, no lectures, just families supporting families.
You can register once and receive reminders for the whole series. When you register, you will receive the Zoom link for the Table Talk.
